From the depths of Country water rich minerals flowed into cracks of the hard ironstone. Time and pressure and the mystery of creation has produced the tiny crystals in the opal stone to align for the spectacular splitting of light to give up streams of rainbows.
This boulder opal speaks of Country to the Indigenous Australian where she (Country) hold the energy flows, beauty, riches, and majesty of creation to be enjoyed, adored, treasured, and appreciated. From the songlines in the Dreamtime, the water that flows through Country, or the footprints of the ancestors this beautiful opal captures the light colours for your enjoyment and pleasure.
The opal is presented in its natural state without treatment such as glue or other adhesives to secure the stone or alter the appearance. This is a crafted stone through cutting and polishing and surface irregularities are part of the character of the piece.
The opal is secured in 925 solid sterling silver crafted to present this one-of-a-kind pendant.
